Meet Jessica
As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) and Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), Jessica specializes in innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and more. She also believes strongly in the power of functional medicine labs and nutritional supplements.
Jessica has been coaching since 2017 and specializes in detox and weight management, helping clients achieve their unique health goals. She believes in the principle of bio-individuality — that every body is different and requires a personalized approach. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan, but together, we’ll discover what works best for you.
An intuitive and compassionate coach, Jessica’s passion for wellness is deeply rooted in her own healing journey. After overcoming anorexia and orthorexia during her high school and college years, she developed a profound understanding of the emotional and psychological connection between food, body, and mind. Today, she’s devoted to helping others heal their relationship with food and cultivate a balanced, sustainable approach to health, nutrition, and life.
Additionally, Jessica is the Co-Founder of “Wander Within”, a yoga and wellness company that’s dedicated to helping individuals break free of the busyness of everyday life. Wander Within events are focused on helping guests find peace and balance by reconnecting with their inner selves through mindfulness practices, yoga, health-conscious eating, and more—with the goal of letting go of unhealthy habits and thought patterns that no longer serve them. She also offers corporate wellness coaching, leads transformational events, and is available for public speaking engagements.
